Building Dealer Review volume made easy with new Digital Air Strike integration

Building reviews on Cars.com is important – in fact, shoppers on Cars.com who read Dealer Reviews are 5x more likely to contact a dealer.  To make it even easier for dealers to leverage their reputation and build reviews on Cars.com, Digital Air Strike and Cars.com have partnered up to enhance the reviews syndication tool available to Digital Air Strike dealers.

The tool, which helps dealers collect customer feedback after an interaction is logged in their CRM system, among other functions, has been enhanced to enable customers to submit a review to Cars.com without leaving the survey environment.  The result is a seamless experience for the user and a turnkey way for dealerships to build review volume.

The new integration is part of a larger relationship with Digital Air Strike that enables dealers to promote Cars.com Dealer Reviews on their dealership websites and social media pages.

Since the launch of Dealer Reviews in 2011, Cars.com’s dealer-partners have been learning just how powerful customer feedback – both positive and negative – can be.  From attracting customers from dozens of miles away to learning about customer service breakdowns, dealers continue to share stories about the impact online reviews have had on improving their businesses and their bottom lines.

In addition to Digital Air Strike, Cars.com partners with a number of companies, including Dealer.com, Social Dealer, Dominion Dealer Solutions, Cobalt and Blazon, to help dealers build their review volume on our site, monitor reputation performance, promote customer feedback and leverage other great social content.
