Just because a shopper is on a budget doesn’t mean value can’t come standard – along with a few bells and whistles here and there – and automakers have taken note.  OEMs are designing more comfort and convenience into entry-level vehicles, according to Cars.com’s editors in a recent article showcasing the Top 10 Base Model vehicles – a list you may be able to use to help sell cost-conscious car buyers.

“Some automakers are packing even their base models full of features making them more valuable to shoppers looking for a good deal,” shared Patrick Olsen, Cars.com’s Editor-in-Chief. “This list includes cars that we consider to be solid picks even in their base-model version.”

The list stretches across price-points, body styles and features with vehicles ranging from the economical 2013 Chevrolet Spark to the luxurious 2013 Volvo S60 T5 sedan.
