Cars.com will be at Social Media Week in Chicago!

On Wednesday, Sept. 22, Cars.com Dealer Trainer Laurie Foster will be presenting “Raves & Reviews: How Consumer Feedback Can Make or Break Your Business,” from 12-1 PM.  While the session at Illini Center is sold out, it can still be viewed live via SMW’s Livestream feed and accessed via the archive at www.socialmediaweek.org after the event — stay tuned for more details.

Cars.com will also host a panel discussion, “Get Social: How Cars.com Got on the Road to Becoming a Social Enterprise,” from 2-3 PM at Illini Center, located at 200 S. Wacker Drive.  Learn strategies for becoming a social business, including establishing guidelines, launching collaboration platforms, increasing employee usage and integrating social media into company communications and events.
