50% of Consumers Rank Dealership Experience Highest Influencer

A recent poll by Foresight Research, a marketing research firm specializing in automotive research, found that more than 50 percent of all new-car buyers surveyed reported the dealership experience is a high influence in the buying process. The survey results are part of a five year project to collect data for the firm’s “2010: Automotive Marketing Return on Investment” study.
